Maverick Cattle Company's seafood is provided by Outer Banks Seafood.  Fresh seafood is shipped to the Asheville area each week.  Sources range from Iceland to Florida.  Most of the fish and shrimp are caught locally off the Carolina coasts!  Varieties available each week may vary based on season, location, weather and what is caught!
